Getting started

From first call to first batch in two weeks.

Four steps, no lock-in. You judge the data on your own pipeline before you pay for anything.

  1. 30 min Step 1

    Scoping call

We walk through your model, your task list and your data gaps — and align on what a useful dataset looks like for you: environments, protocol, modalities, annotation taxonomy, licensing.

  2. 48 hours · Free Step 2

    Free sample

We produce a free annotated sample — up to 2 hours of footage, captured to the spec we agreed — so your team can run it through your pipeline and judge the quality on your own terms. No commitment, no payment details.

  3. 50 hours · 2 weeks Step 3

    Paid pilot

A founding-client pilot: 50 hours of annotated, spec-compliant footage at pilot pricing, delivered within two weeks of spec sign-off. You keep full agreed rights to the data — and if a batch misses spec, you don’t pay for it.

  4. Monthly Step 4

    Scale

Monthly delivery programs from hundreds to thousands of hours, with a standing spec, dedicated operators and a feedback loop into every batch.

FAQ

Questions we hear on every first call.

Who owns the data?
You do, under the license we agree: exclusive or non-exclusive, program- or dataset-level.
How do you handle privacy?
Documented consent from every worker and premises owner, GDPR-compliant processing, EU data residency, anonymization of bystanders and identifying details on request.
Can you match our existing annotation schema?
Yes — send your taxonomy and a labeled example; we annotate to it and validate against your samples.
What hardware do you capture with?
Head-mounted stabilized cameras at 1080p–4K baseline; extended rigs (depth, hand pose, IMU) scoped per program.
Why Europe?
Because that’s where your robots will work. EU homes differ from US and Asian ones in layout, appliances and objects — and EU-sourced, consent-clean data de-risks your compliance story too.
